These Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy available at https://www.nobledeen.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy, govern your use of our Services. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, not when you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

SECTION 3A - YOUR STATUTORY RIGHT TO CANCEL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
If you are a customer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your contract for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

How to Cancel: To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement (e.g., by email to help@nobledeen.co.uk) before the 14-day period expires.

Returning Goods: You must send back the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty.

Refunds: We will refund you all payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery option, within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
SECTION 4 - PRICING, TAXES, AND DUTIES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

For UK Customers: All prices displayed are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate.

For International Customers (including EU, North America, Australia, NZ): Prices are displayed exclusive of local sales taxes, import duties, and other fees. As the buyer, you are the importer of record and are solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country. SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Under UK law and similar consumer protection laws, the goods remain our responsibility until they are in your physical possession or in the possession of a person you have designated to receive them. The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services and all content, including trademarks, logos, text, and images, are the property of Noble Deen Ltd. and are protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Noble Deen is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Noble Deen. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Noble Deen, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Noble Deen.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL NOBLE DEEN LTD., OUR DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
Our total liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising out of or in connection with an order shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for that order. This clause does not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude our liability.
