At Noble Deen UK Ltd, we are committed to delivering your premium garments swiftly and securely. To ensure complete transparency and prevent delivery disputes, please review our timeline structures below before placing your order.

⚠️ The Golden Rule: Working Days & Holiday Closures

All shipping and processing timelines are strictly based on UK Working Days (Monday through Friday).

  • We do not process, dispatch, or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK Bank Holidays.

  • Any orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available working day.

📦 Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Standard & Express Orders: Processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a secondary automated notification with tracking information once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

  • Guaranteed Next Working Day Orders: Must be placed before our strict cut-off time of 12:00 PM BST, Monday through Thursday to be dispatched on the same day.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping Rates and Estimates

To avoid confusion, the tables below outline both the courier transit time and your Total Estimated Time (from checkout to your door).

⚡ Guaranteed Next Working Day Cut-Off Rules:

  • Ordered BEFORE 12:00 PM (Mon–Thu): Delivered the following working day.

  • Ordered AFTER 12:00 PM (Mon–Thu): Dispatched the following working day, delivering the day after that.

  • Ordered on Friday, Weekends, or Bank Holidays: Dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday weekend) for delivery the following working day.

  • In the rare event your Guaranteed Next Day order is delayed by the courier due to an operational fault on their side, we will refund your shipping fee.

🌎 International & EU Shipping Rates

We offer fully tracked and insured international shipping. Final shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

🇪🇺 European Delivery

  • Standard Tracked: £16.99 – £24.99 (Determined at checkout)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 working days after dispatch (Allow 6–9 working days total execution).

🗺️ Rest of World Delivery

  • International Tracked: Rates start from £24.99.

  • USA & CANADA Timeframe: 7–10 working days after dispatch.

  • All Other Global Destinations: 10–15 working days after dispatch.

🚫 Product & Country Restrictions

  • Fragrances & Perfumes: Due to international aviation and shipping regulations regarding liquids, we are strictly unable to ship fragrances outside of the United Kingdom.

  • Excluded Countries: Due to logistical limitations and international trade regulations, we currently do not ship to: Belarus, Brazil, Cuba, India, Indonesia, Iran, Mexico, Nigeria, North Korea, Russia, South Africa, Syria, and Ukraine.

🛃 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international shipments (including orders to the EU, USA, and Canada) are sent delivery duty unpaid (DDU).

Your order may be subject to local import customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and courier handling fees upon arriving in your destination country. These government charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Noble Deen UK Ltd has no control over these metrics and cannot process refunds for items abandoned due to unpaid customs charges.

🔍 How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

  1. Track via Email: Once your order has been handed to our courier partner, you will receive an automated email containing a live tracking link.

  2. Track via Account: You can log into your customer profile via the icon at the top right-hand corner of our website to view your full live order tracking history.

Please allow 24–48 hours from receiving your dispatch notice for the courier tracking network to update and show active scans.

If your delivery window has completely passed and you have still not received your parcel, please contact our support team directly at help@nobledeen.co.uk with your full name and order number.

🛑 Service Disruption Policy

While we work closely with our courier networks to meet all targets, Noble Deen UK Ltd cannot be held operationally or financially responsible for delivery delays caused by external circumstances beyond our control. This includes severe weather events, national postal strikes, global customs logjams, or localized delivery disruptions.

Our 'Guaranteed Next Working Day' service delivery deadlines and associated shipping fee refunds are automatically suspended during such documented national service disruption events.
