Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Please note: During peak seasons, such as Ramadan and Eid, order processing may take 2-3 working days.

For our Guaranteed Next Working Day service, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM BST (Monday - Thursday) to be dispatched on the same day.
UK Shipping Rates and Estimates

Standard Tracked Delivery: £4.99 (Free for orders over £75). Estimated delivery is 3-5 working days after dispatch.

Express Tracked Delivery: £5.99. Estimated delivery is 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Guaranteed Next Working Day: £13.99. For urgent orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mon-Thu). In the rare event your order is delayed by the courier, we will refund the shipping fee.
International Shipping
We offer tracked and insured shipping to a wide range of international destinations. Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Rates start from £24.99. The final cost is calculated at checkout.

Product Restrictions: We are unable to ship fragrances or perfumes outside of the United Kingdom due to international shipping regulations.

Excluded Countries: To comply with international trade sanctions and logistical limitations, we are currently unable to ship to Belarus, Brazil, Cuba, India, Indonesia, Iran, Mexico, Nigeria, North Korea, Russia, South Africa, Syria, and Ukraine.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Noble Deen UK Ltd has no control over these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at help@nobledeen.co.uk with your name and order number.
Service Disruption Policy
While we are committed to our delivery targets, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, postal strikes, or other national disruptions). Our 'Guaranteed Next Working Day' service promise and shipping fee refund are suspended during such events.
