Returns FAQ

What is your return timeframe?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

How do I start a return or exchange?

The quickest way is through our Online Returns Portal. Simply enter your order number (e.g., #ND1001) and your email address to begin. Our system will guide you through the steps to package your item and send it back.

Does it cost anything to return an item?

To keep our prices fair and honest, we do not offer "free" returns as standard.

UK Returns: We provide a convenient pre-paid label for a flat fee of £4.50, which is simply deducted from your total refund.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own tracked return shipping.

How do I exchange my Thobe for a different size?

The fastest way to get a new size is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order immediately. This ensures your replacement size is reserved and shipped to you without waiting for the return to arrive back at our facility.

What should I do if my item is faulty or incorrect?

We are sincerely sorry for any oversight. If you receive a faulty item, please email returns@nobledeen.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide a 100% free return label and offer an express or standard exchange to make it right immediately.

How long will it take to get my refund?

We aim to process refunds quickly. Generally, the timeline is as follows:

  • Transit: 3–5 business days for the parcel to reach us.
  • Inspection: Up to 3 business days for our team to process the return.
  • Bank Processing: 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
    You will receive an email notification at every stage of the process.
Can I return sale items or hygiene products?

Most items are returnable, but there are exceptions for hygiene reasons (such as fragrances) or specific sale items. Please refer to our full Refund Policy link in the footer for the complete list of exceptions.
