At Noble Deen UK LTD, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our returns process is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent.


Our 14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a full refund.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original, resalable condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact

You will also need your order number as proof of purchase.


Returns Outside 14 Days

Returns requested after 14 days are at our discretion.

We may offer a store credit (valid for 12 months) for returns requested up to 28 days after delivery, provided the item is in pristine condition.


How to Start a Return

All returns must be initiated through our online returns portal. This ensures your return is processed quickly and correctly.

Items sent back without prior registration may:

  • Experience delays, or
  • Be returned to sender

Return Shipping Timeframe

Once your return request is approved and a label is issued:

  • Your parcel must be handed to the courier within 7 days
  • Labels inactive for more than 14 days may be cancelled
  • Returns not sent within this timeframe may be refused

Return Responsibility:
The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is returned within the specified timeframe.


UK Returns

1–2 Items

You may generate a pre-paid return label via our portal.
A flat fee of £4.50 will be deducted from your refund.


⚠️ Important – Returns Limit

Our £4.50 pre-paid return label covers up to 2 items only.

If you are returning 3 or more items, you must arrange your own return using a tracked and insured service.

This helps us:

  • Keep prices fair
  • Reduce unnecessary waste from multi-size ordering

We are not responsible for self-arranged returns that are lost or damaged in transit.


International Returns

Customers outside the UK must arrange and pay for their own return shipping using a tracked service.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for processing
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation once processed

It may take a further 5 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard delivery costs are refundable (if applicable)
  • Express or upgraded shipping is non-refundable
    (in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to:

  1. Return your item
  2. Place a new order

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

We will:

  • Provide a free return label, and
  • Offer a replacement or full refund

Note: The 2-item return limit does not apply in these cases.


Inspection & Fair Use Policy

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if damage is due to:

  • Accidental damage after delivery
  • Misuse or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear

We will always contact you if there are any issues.


Exceptions & Special Conditions

Hygiene Notice

The following items are non-returnable once opened due to hygiene:

  • Shemaghs
  • Hijabs & Veils
  • Undergarments (including leggings, long johns, under-trousers)

Please inspect items through packaging before opening.


Conditional Returns

  • Swimwear: Must include hygiene sticker
  • Accessories & Fragrances: Must be unopened and sealed

Sale Items

  • Eligible for full refund within 14 days
  • After 14 days (up to 28 days):
    • Exchange for same item (size only), or
    • Store credit (valid 12 months)

Personalised Items

Custom, made-to-order, or altered items are non-refundable.


In-Store Purchases

Eligible for exchange or credit note only. Proof of purchase required.


Third-Party Brands

Some partner products may have separate return policies, noted on the product page.


EU & International Returns

EU customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods.

Important Customs Notice

Mark all returns as:

“RETURNED GOODS”

This avoids customs charges.
We are not responsible for customs fees incurred.

Customers are responsible for reclaiming any import duties or taxes.
