Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Promise

 

At Noble Deen, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our returns process is designed to be simple and reassuring.

 

Our 14-Day Return Policy

 

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a full refund. To be eligible, your item must be in its original, resalable condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. You will also need your order number as proof of purchase.

Returns requested outside of this 14-day window are at our discretion. We may offer a store credit for returns requested up to 28 days after delivery, provided the item is in pristine, unworn condition. Any store credit issued is valid for 12 months.

 

Gift Returns

 

If you are returning an item you received as a gift, please contact us at returns@nobledeen.com with the original order number or purchaser's details. We will be happy to arrange a store credit for the value of the item, issued to you as a digital gift card. Please note, for privacy and security, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method of the purchaser.

 

How to Start a Return

 

All returns must be initiated through our online Returns procedure. This will guide you through the process of registering your return and receiving your shipping label. To ensure your return is processed swiftly and correctly, it must be registered through our online portal. Items sent back to us without prior registration may face significant processing delays or be returned to the sender.

  • UK Customers: A flat-rate fee of £4.50 for the pre-paid return label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • International Customers: You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own return shipping using a tracked service from your local courier.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed. Your refund will include the cost of the item plus the original standard delivery charge. Please note that any supplementary costs for express or enhanced delivery will not be refunded.

You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued. It may take a further 5 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to use our Returns procedure to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we kindly ask that you contact us at returns@nobledeen.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so we can resolve the issue for you promptly.  We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and arrange for a prompt replacement thereafter or a full refund at no cost to you.

Inspection and Fair Use Policy

 

All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. While we are committed to addressing genuine manufacturing faults, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for an item claimed as faulty if our inspection determines that the damage was caused by one of the following:

  • Accidental damage after delivery

  • Misuse or improper care

  • Normal wear and tear

Our commitment is to be fair and reasonable, and we will always contact you to discuss our findings if there is an issue with your return.

 

Exceptions & Special Conditions

 

Please note the following exceptions to our returns policy:

  • Non-Refundable Items (due to hygiene):

    • Headscarves, Shemaghs, Hijabs, and Veils

    • Undergarments (Men’s/Boys’/Ladies’ Underwear, leggings, long johns, Under Trousers etc.)

  • Conditional Returns:

    • Swimwear: Must be returned with the original hygiene sticker intact.

    • Accessories & Fragrances: Must be returned unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Special Conditions:

    • Sale & Clearance Items: All sale items are subject to our standard 14-day return policy for a full refund. For returns requested after 14 days but within 28 days of delivery, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size, not for a different style or colour. A delivery charge will be payable for the exchange shipment. If a suitable size is unavailable, a credit note valid for 12 months will be issued.

    • Personalised & Bespoke Products: All customised, made-to-order, or altered items are non-refundable.

    • In-Store Purchases: Products purchased from our retail store locations are eligible for exchange or credit note only. Proof of purchase is required.

    • Third-Party Brands: Some of our brand partners (e.g., watches, jewellery) may have their own specific return policies which will be noted on the product page.

 

EU & International Returns

 

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.

Important Customs Information: When returning items from outside the UK, you must clearly mark the exterior of the parcel and the customs declaration form with "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid incorrect customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred on a return.

Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for reclaiming any import duties or taxes you may have paid to your local authorities. We are only able to refund the cost of the product and the original standard outbound shipping fee.
