Delivery FAQ

How much does UK delivery cost?

We offer three tiers of shipping within the UK:

  • Standard Tracked: £4.99 (or FREE on all orders over £100).
  • Express Tracked: £5.99.
  • Guaranteed Next Working Day: £16.99.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Total time from order to delivery is:

  • Standard: 4–7 working days total (£4.99 or FREE over £100)
  • Express: 2–4 working days total (£5.59)
  • Next Day: Delivered the following working day (£16.99 | Order before 12:00 PM BST, Mon–Thu)

⚠️ Important: No orders are processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the next available working day..
Can I get my Thobe delivered the next day?

Yes! We offer a Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery.

To qualify for next-day delivery, your order must be placed before our cut-off time of 12:00 PM BST, Monday through Thursday.

Please note how working days affect your order:

  • Orders placed BEFORE 12:00 PM (Monday–Thursday): Dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day.
  • Orders placed AFTER 12:00 PM (Monday–Thursday): Dispatched the following working day and delivered the day after that.
  • Orders placed on Friday, Weekends, or Bank Holidays: Dispatched on the next available working day (Monday, or Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday weekend) for delivery the following working day.

Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or UK Bank Holidays. Delivery tracking will activate once the courier scans the parcel at dispatch.
How can I track my Noble Deen order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to a wide range of international destinations. Costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Please note that we currently cannot ship fragrances or perfumes outside of the UK due to shipping regulations.
How much does Worldwide delivery cost?

European Delivery:

  • Standard
    Tracked     (5-7 working days) – £14.99-£24.99
  • FREE
    Standard Tracked shipping on all European orders over £150.

International Delivery:

  • International
    Tracked     
  • USA & Canada : 7 -10 working days
    Other countries : 10-15 working days

Rates start from £24.99. The
final cost is calculated at checkout.

    International Tracked shipping on all orders over £250.

customs and duty fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Will I have to pay customs duties on international orders?


For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes applied by local customs authorities. Noble Deen has no control over these charges.
